Hello there, when I try the WILD technique I unintentionally start thinking about my breathing, and that makes me control it more voluntarily, which makes my breathing shallow and short thus distracting me and making me take deep breaths. What annoys me is that when this happens(which is every time i begin doing the WILD) it resets my progress once i take a deep breath.
Please provide some tips to overcome this issue.

DISCLAIMER: trust me you should know what your getting into before using this vid cuz last few times I had unguided random sleep paralysis it was the most terrifying set of nightmares/night terrors in my life (despite such dreams being a long while back ) if you want to dream of the undead moving faces on walls screams void and a undercurrent of immense fear alongside a myriad of other nightmares while half awake then go ahead and watch this video if not turn back now trust me I don't think guiding the sleep paralysis will make it any better) for tldr bassicly this vid is how to have a horror movie in vr in the form of a waking dream and you should be prepared for it before even thinking to attempt such stunt
