My boyfriend, who’s in Japan right now, sent me this song this morning. At first I didn’t understand(tho I really liked the song) until I analyzed the lyrics. Cried upon knowing the reason why. I suffer from manic depression, General anxiety, anorexia, OCD, PTSD of emotional and verbal abuse, gender Dysphoria, and suicidal thoughts. I feel worthless, useless, stupid, ugly, and broken on the daily. The only person who understood my scars was my brother and he died. And this song is literally saving my life.
