I had a friend in 4th grade that meant the world to me. I only got to see her on the weekends when I went to visit my mom, and I only knew her for three to four months. I went to my moms one weekend, and was heartbroken when she told me that this girl had moved to be with her mother in Florida. I never got to say goodbye to her, and pray every night in hopes that I will see her again shortly. I’ve looked for her name online, and I’ve looked for her fathers. I never knew her last name, which has made it nearly impossible for me to find her online. That was all six years ago, yet I know my heart still belongs to her and that one day when I die, I hope with everything inside me that I will see her, and live with her in peace as young adults in the afterlife. This song instantly reminded me of her, and every time I hear this song she is once again the only thing I can think about. I know I sound like a stalker, but if you’ve ever been in love, maybe you’ll understand what my heart has been feeling for six years. I want to give a special thanks to whoever has read all of this. Good luck in life and know that if you have read to this point, I love you as a human being and if you are worried about finding that special other, maybe you already have. Spend every moment you can with everyone you hold close, because one day, they might be gone. <3 Edit- I found her. She’s happy and has a boyfriend. I haven’t reached out because seeing her with a smile is enough for me because I know she’s okay.

I know how lonely and isolated my depression has made me feel. Now at 6 months pregnant, I can't help but think about how much I already love my daughter and how hard life can be for a little girl. I can only hope that as she traverses her own path that I will be able to be a kind, gentle, reassurance that she is enough and she is capable.

This song is painfully and criminally underplayed and underrated. It immediately demanded my attention the first time I heard it and I always feel so “seen” after hearing it. It’s been a few years but I always revisit this masterpiece. ❤

I know no one will see this so I'm just typing to the world just to say it. These songs make me super in my feels it's not like I get sad about the lyrics or my life it's me being so overwhelmed with everything like how much I have and how much I love and some things i cant control i just cry to these songs because my life means so much to me when I hear these songs I just cant hold it together its like I just feel everything so deeply I just cry (I promise I'm happy lol just these songs get me)

This song basically strikes at my own insecurities.. I feel like my boyfriend is singing this to me as I sit down and cry attacking myself... I hate how my body looks, I hate how I talk, I hate myself in every aspect of insecurities... He makes me smile, makes me feel okay but hurts whenever I attack myself in one of my pain fits... I sit down and cry every time I hear this song cuz I feel it's him...
