when we eat healthy and intermittent fast and Our body isnt weighed down by heavey foods, we will naturally only sleep for exactly 6 hours. Which ironically I find is the exact time that we can wake up, go right back to sleep ( force yourself to sleep again even though You technically had waken up ) and then You get the most vivid dreams in that sleep period. Its like when You wake up at the 5.5-6 hour mark , you are in deep rem, and if You dont get up, you consciously realize You are about to be sleeping, and are actively in the rem cycle, so you instantly kick into deep vivid dreaming
