1) don't airdance/ don't move your head around a lot
2) put head on headrest and stabilise the neck
3) sit at the front or be able to see where your going
4) don't be hungry in a car
5) get acupressure points at 3:00 ( I guess you could use your finger to put pressure in that point too)

Guys, here are my tips: dont travel with a full stomach, full bladder, and don’t trace a zigzag road with your eyes. It actually supports the guy’s statements of disconnect between what the nerves are sending and what your eyes are seeing. When you are seeing a constant not so zigzag view, like mountains or plain field or the ocean, it’s more calming for the eyes. When you do end up throwing up, at least there won’t be a lot disgusting food since your stomach is empty. Also, dont travel sleep-derived guys to prevent headache. It will give you one because youre already dehydrated from the long hours of ride.
