To summarise:
Exercise and 'uncreak your bones'
-this doesn't have to be extreme or long, you can just put on some music and work up a sweat dancing!
Get prepped and feel prepped
-don't stay in dirty, smelly pj's all day, save that for weekends!
Mediate/think and listen in gratitude
-just sit, maybe listen to sounds or look out a window, and just...think
Find fulfilment and/or control
-organise something or move furniture, feel productive!
Combat loneliness (not just with FaceTime!)
-just have someone with you (not necessarily in person) and do nothing, maybe watch something together
Find comfort
-watch a comfort show or listen to comfort music
Pass time nicely
-spend time knitting, making a bracelet, doing a puzzle, etc.
'Quick fire round':
-Light candles in the dark
-Have a bath with candles
-Bake something
-Open a window/go outside in a garden/balcony (wash your hands after!)

isolationās left me alone with my thoughts and i think thatās the scariest thing, i keep getting worried and thinking about what iāll do once this is over and where my lifeās going. i think i just need to remind myself that everything happens for a reason, and that no matter where i choose to go next, what college i go to or what path i take, iāll be ok. i get into this habit of wanting to know the future and wanting to have a set plan and goal, but lifeās just not like that, i think i just need to settle in on the mindset of āwhatever happens, happens because it needed to, go with the flow and things will always work outā, i need to focus on the here and now and focus on the future when it becomes the present.

cheesy but this really did make me feel less alone. i'm going through a weird time with a break up and then regretting said breakup and it hurts not being able to see him and talk things out, or see my friends. i really do feel stuck and sad and feel a bit teary typing this lol but thank you for uploading this, calmed me down. x
