I’m confused because I would want this app so that I could choose to have all my classical stuff on one app, and all my other music in the base app. But I can’t seem to find a way to do that. And also, some of the classical albums I have on the base app aren’t on the classical app.

Apple actually doesn’t allow classical music on Apple Music. Try to upload a song with the genre set to classical to your distributor. Mine gives me a warning saying exactly that.
