I've seen people think the song is a little "pick-me", but I like to think it's a bit about how girls feel the need to fit in the mold of femininity back when these artists were young. And women who weren't "lady-like" were outcasts. People gossip about them to cover up that they too can wish to be like them. They talk about their weight and bodies to get validation, and some aren't willing to admit it's a problem. The song is from the perspective of someone who sees this issue, in my view of it.
Edit: And the "never look a day past thirty" is so real even today. With people having been influenced by the likes of Andrew Tate, they're so predatory with the way they think any women over 30 are "worthless" and go after women just over 18, who aren't even fully developed yet, when they themselves are well into their 40's.

More than anything, I think this song is neither misogynistic nor a pick-me song. I think the line "Is there any possibility you'll quit gossiping about me to hide your insecurities?" shows this EASILY. I think it's about "Marina" being fed up and sick of the fake attitude many people (not just girls) have in highschool. Not only that, it never mentions men / boys once. She never mocks or insults the girls directly.
Also, "Girls they never befriend me 'cause I fall asleep when they speak of all the calories they eat" seems more like a line critiquing the obsession with being skinny many girls start having especially in their teenage years. "But I'm gonna make sure I get the last laugh" feels like a line from someone who's been outcast / bullied for their behavior (not fitting these typical female stereotypes) more so than anything else.
I think people calling anything critiquing the way young girls act in a song coming from a female singer a "pick me" song is in and of itself misogynistic. Specifically when it doesn't mention boys / men in the entire song.
