GUYS I FINALLY SHIFTED!
Iāve been trying to shift for about a year now, listening to subliminals, trying all the different methods and just kept failing
Then I thought screw it, Iām just gonna do it
Actually, I went to go and take a nap and just told myself Iām shifting, and I want to go to this place and see SP
I didnāt have a specific place to go to so I just thought of any place lol
I felt myself falling asleep, then I had an out of body experience. Walked around my home, checked my bed but I didnāt see my body. I tried my best to stay calm, and just moved on.
A door in the house looked different, so I opened it and closed the door behind me. Turned around and I was in a beautiful beach house so I began exploring, etc.
When I took the nap, my nephew tried to wake me up but I was so into it that I ignored him lolš
After a while all the sounds faded away as I deepened my focus
What I can take from this:
Shifting is what weāve always done, we just never did it consciously. We explore vivid worlds in our dreams, without even trying.
We are so busy trying to do the perfect method, the perfect visualisation, that we forget about the basics.
You donāt need a method to shift, in fact you donāt need anything at all.
All of the knowledge is already within you, everyone has their own unique way of shifting.
Let us explore all the wonderful worlds that the Universe has to offer!āØ

I would like to say something about symptoms, symptoms are truly just our bodies falling asleep, we experience the weird feelings because your body is trying to see if you are awake or asleep and its a reminder to your brain that you are alive. If it were our bodies trying to stop us from something then it would imply that it is not natural but it IS natural cause it is an innate thing we all experience even people who don't practice shifting. Every time we sleep we go into the hypnogogic state, that is where you experience symptoms the most, you can hallucinate things in this state like hearing voices smelling things or even feeling someone. This is the most ideal state to shift in for beginners. I really recommend learning about the hypnogogic state to better your understanding of human nature and how it can help you shift.

so question, does anyone else who hasn't shift yet struggle with doubt that shifting real.? because every time i see an anti-shifter say that it isn't real, it gets into my head and i start having alot of doubt about it. does anyone have any tips to like not have as much doubt about it.? (i really hope this makes some sense lmao)

43:10 Omg, this is it. I think this is the missing piece for me. My latest semi-success was when I managed to connect with my DR and felt my surroundings change completely. But then I was just laying there not knowing what to do next. I knew somehow that if I open my eyes I'd still be in the CR. I'm going to try and assume the DR version of myself next time. Thank you!

I like your video but i need to disagree with a one thing you've said 9:16 this is called MANIFESTATION and it doesn't take any psychial effort. And of course it's not related that much to shifting because i feel like it takes more mental effort depends on a person. Some people will shift only with intention but some not.
I mean you can become billionare overnight just to decide, it's called law of assumption. It's not hope, it's decision. 3D is our mirror to imagination. So what you've said there it's not true because if someone will be repeating and acting like a billionare with that mindset they will become in reality. You can sit at home and still become billionare. All depends on our assumptions. Assumptions creates reality.
Of course manifestation doesn't take any PHYSICAL effort only MENTAL. Changing assumption.
Reya, i love watching your videos and i know you are very experience shifter/manifestor but i just needed to say it :)) Shifting is manifestation too but we just wake up in completely different reality so as i said i think it takes more mental effort than just manifesting in "current" reality.
