Moloch definitely didn't expect yuki to rank up to rank 3 when she saw her again. Yuki probably had a hard time looking human because oblivious she never needed to look human when she was in the human world. Yuki in the thumbnail looks like she wasn't having a good time with transhdorming and when she had her horns off she said "it feel's wrong."
