been in my step sons life since he was 6 months old, I saw his first steps, they were in my house in Arkansas before I moved up to Kansas City to be with his mom and him. He turns 11 in April. Im the only dad he's ever known. When he calls me dad, it feels the exact same way as it does when my other bio son calls me dad. They are my boys!!!! Mom passed away last April from a car accident, 1 day before his birthday. 1 year later and our bond couldn't be stronger. That's MY boy! Hang in there son.
