To grossly summarize the matter, it appears Blake is asserting JP is gunning for a mistrial by making Rob Wood a witness. I'm assuming to question him about what was discussed with Melanie and David before the recording started.
There is a hearing is set for tomorrow, Apr 16th at 1pm MT, and it will be held outside the presence of the jury, so it appears it will be for this matter.

This was a bombshell but for me by far the biggest bombshell of the day was Emma daybelll's reaction to being told that there were two dead children found on the property. I mean wtf? She knew!!!! I am not buying this she's in denial thing or she just wants to support her dad or she's brainwashed. I don't care what the circumstances are. Annie, take things slow and do not overwhelm yourself. I know its hard to do when you are hard on yourself, but give yourself grace. You have been through a lot and this can give you much added anguish. The truth will come out but rest assured you did your part in protecting the memory of your niece. I am very proud of you. I get the impression that the defense atty rambles and drops tidbits that are inaccurate in order to misdirect and perhaps mixx up the jurors and when he is caught with a mis-statement then he tends to ignore the comment and states he will revisit that at a later date. Just my impression.

Most likely misunderstanding something, but how/why did Gibb and Warrick get a free pass. Since, there is about a 22- 23 hour window unaccounted for between the Sunday 10:46 time stamp on the picture of JJ in his red pajamas and when when Gibb and Warrick left around 8:30-9:00 Monday morning. JJ'S date of death is reported as 9/23...this has always been puzzling.

The prosecution won't allow Prior to bring up Joe Ryan at all. The judge (basically) stated it had nothing to do with this case. In my opinion it does - due to the MO of Lori and Alex over a decade ago when Alex Cox was jailed for ambushing and tasering Joe Ryan.
