In this episode of How to Drink, I’m making a Sidecar, a drink that was born during the prohibition but still enjoyed to this day. I find these to be very easy to drink and very popular when entertaining guests! Cheers!

Sidecar Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz or 44 ml of Cognac
- .75 oz or 22 ml of Orange Curçao
- .75 oz or 22 ml of Lemon Juice
- Sugar Rimmed Glass

You should do this one again with your new and improved format! I love when you do your own twist on things to make them better. I have a hard time finding cocktails I really enjoy making on the regular besides whiskey sours.

It took me a second to realize that this is one of his older videos... He didn't crack the ice..

This was my favorite drink but I stopped ordering it at bars because the bartenders would add sugar in the drink and it would be so syrupy sweet. It does not need the sugar in the drink.

This introduced me to Sidecars and since then, I have asked for it at nearly every bar. It’s my favorite drink ever

sours are possibly one of my favorite types. pairs well with different alcohols and if you add or remove a few ingredients you get a totally different drink. Very versatile yet sophisticated. A simple man's wet dream and a quantiner's best friend!

It's funny, I'm writing something where I thought this drink would be appropriate, and when I was doing that I thought I should try it. My first go to was your channel and surprise! Here it is! Man, I discovered your channel like, a year and a half ago? It looks so different! And you've improved exponentially! So thank you both, for the recipe and also for increasing the quality of everything you do so much!

Fantastic as always, Greg! I wish more people would watch your videos and see how a real cocktail is made. So many drinks nowadays are flooded with auxiliary ingredients that hide the flavour of the alcohol. So these videos are refreshing to say the least ;)

I like that you actually drank the drink instead of all the other channels pushing it out onto the counter for an imaginary person to drink it... well done.

Stumbled upon your channel the other day, and I couldn't help but watch everything you've put out. Lots of charm into these videos, and you clearly enjoy what you're doing! Although your work with Absinthe had got me wondering, are you familiar at all with mixing a Sazerac?

Greg- been watching your stuff since the beginning. I love the older content where you seem a little less comfortable in front of the camera. Just something so pure about the early videos. I feel like they are what youtube used to be about!! Anyway great drink like it was years ago. Your shit is what OG inspired me to to start my home bar…..10 years ago…Hope you see this comment!!
