Great video and drawings as always! Last year I was out of balance but I learned some things to get out of my burnout.
1. quit social media for at least 1 month.
2. Stop looking at the news!
3. Breathing excersize (wim hof breathing rounds).
4. Listing to singing bowls while laying on bed.
5. Connect with nature by walks and take a swim (especially the cold waters).
6. And when I felt better, I started to get to my workouts again and feel great now :)

So much of the content online is like fast food for the mind - it exploits our impulses. Videos about gossip or drama get us to click, but after the video is over, we've gained nothing in exchange for our most valuable assets - our time and attention. I want After Skool to be resource that is educational, entertaining and when you leave this video you will feel like you have gained something. Be careful where you focus your attention.
