Took this advice years ago and found that anger disappears after the twenty four hours, and in most cases, if not all, that it was really nothing to begin with. It is an introduction to seeing the reactive mind that makes a mole hill into a mountain. Today anger for me disappears nearly as soon as it appears, so glad to be rid of the idiocy of anger and the delusional reactive egoic mind.

I took this advise years ago, after 24 hours the anger is gone. I did the same after get married and my husband didn't understand. After some time, 24 hours was not enough and became days in silence. How amazing is the silence time. Connect with myself in a deep level and seems whatever was wrong will find a way in silence to get resolved. After this time we sit together and talk and whatever comes to clean the situation come from the deepest and we are able to look to ourselves and face us and not the other. What a miracle!

When I was placed as a developer in MNC. My trainer for full stack developer gave me similar advice I follow it till now:
1. Whenever you feel like quitting your job because of people, situation or out of incapacity, don't quit immediately. Don't think of quitting even it leads to anxiety. Wait for 72 hours and then react on it. He saved me from quitting early on.

My grandmother didn't know Bhagwan but the advice she gave me was similar and even more powerful. She said, "boy, before taking any big decision in life, make sure to sleep on it for 24 hours". And so I have been doing it. Before buying a car, getting a new girlfriend, decisively reply to an opponent in a heated argument. It is difficult though in a personal, instantaneous situation. Our emotions keep us from heeding my grandmother's advice that by chance Bhagwan seems to have known too.
