I came across this song right before the pandemic started to show its effects where I live. I first really listened to it while leaving therapy, walking back home, feeling the way you feel when you just explained your most intricate experiences to a complete stranger. I listened to it while crossing the industrial part of the town, all abandoned, not a single person in sight, just empty streets, old empty factories and dust, like a premonition of what was about to come in the next few months. It was surreal, beautiful and scary.
