This is so true for me as a single mom, I knew I wanted my children, but no one wants a bummed out family life that didn’t meet their expectations, my body became sick and depressed, panic attacks, but I didn’t know that’s what they were! I thought the problem was me…. I was so very dedicated.. and didn’t understand why there was no love, no happiness. I actually wanted to be an Olympian. I wanted to achieve some level of success. What this shows me is that truth under the surface of it all. No one loves happily ever after while having a crappy journey! Having my children and not giving up on them helps me understand that I really do want a happier life, and when you don’t give up, you might learn this is not the way. I just graduated college after going back to school over 10 years later , all the while being told how extremely incapable I was by my partner. I’m healing, yet that graduation moment did not give me the relief I too was searching for. That the outside world would confirm for me that I’m actually enough. I matter to them, and my life can go on. Life goes on anyway. Im really grateful these stories are being shared. And this is a large successful man, and I’m just a 38 year old stay at home mom who’s trying to keep her house and raise healthy children. It really doesn’t matter who you are! We are in the Human Experience Together! ❤❤❤. Thank you, you matter, Don’t check out, the world can use your unique gifts!

By far one of my favorite Chris interviews I’ve ever seen Bumstead interviews can sometimes stick mainly to the body building aspect of his life. And for me personally it’s the other stuff I enjoy hearing about. I know he knows how to be the best at body building. I love hearing more about what goes on in between those ears on his head. Y’all know that mindset battlefield and the heart battlefield where all those thinking and spiritual wars are happening. Chris Bumstead discussing emotional intelligence and childhood trauma and experiences is priceless and epic. Thanks 🙏 Lewis
