Thank you for this video. Spread the word! Went to ER in NY 9, yes NINE, times in 3 months with this and was sent home in excruciating pain each time and told I was crazy and over reacting! Finally found the back pod on this channel and fixed it myself within a week with no help or recommendations from any doctors after months in agony. I am traumatized from how I was dismissed. My mother had it recently and went to different ER in Florida and they diagnosed it immediately.

I have had chest pain for almost a year now. I thought I was having a heart attack at first or a early sign of one. I’ve been to the emergency room and doctors multiple times now it’s been almost a year and it’s just getting worst. My blood pressure is fine. My lungs are fine. My heart rate is normal. I don’t feel dizzy not out of breath. nor do I get tired nor fatigue. My only symptom is pain in the center of the chest when I lay down side ways or when I stretch opening my chest. I feel it at all time. It does not go away. I’ve learn to live with it. And sometimes I get pain in my arms but both arms. I don’t know what’s going on. Could be this. But I don’t feel nothing when I press on my chest above where the pain is coming from. The chest pain can be painful at times like pulsating shape pain.

I’ve been having tight chest and severe acid reflux for about 7 months off and on. I’ve had echos and ultrasounds all came back normal. Been told it’s “anxiety” or pots but 🤷🏼♀️ idk it’s so scary and I’m only 21
