When using miswak, you should brush it🪥 horizontal way and we don't brush it with toothpaste, just the miswak itself. It removes bad smell, make your teeth whiter and stronger if you use it consistently.

There is a specific way that is recommended to hold the miswaak while brushing, this also prevents it from being too harsh on the oral cavity. On a side note the curaprox single toothbrush was inspired by the miswaak.
