My dad passed away one year ago. He had troubles with depression and alcoholism. My mother left him after several years of marital problems. Every single time I hear this song I remember him. He wasn’t a bad person, committed mistakes like everyone, but had a big and wonderful heart. Just he never found his place in this world. Love y’all.

Two months ago we realized with my two best friends to go on a trek in the Alps, the objective was to sleep in high altitude. One evening our camp installed next to a lake at 2800m of altitude we were listening to this sound sitting on a rock above the clouds watching the sunset. It was a moment out of time, probably the most beautiful moment of my life. Yesterday, I received a call from the uncle of one of my two friends, telling me that he had decided to end his life. We knew he was in trouble and had prepared this trek to cheer him up, to show him that life is worth living. I dedicate this music to him and I really hope there is heaven up there.
