This aura viewing exercise does not require anything other than a few minutes of your time and preferably a plain, off-white background, such as a wall. By holding your hand outstretched at arm's length and fixing the focus of your gaze between two fingers, you will soon see your own aura softly glowing around the edges of your hand. Cynthia describes a method to help ensure success by activating and invigorating your third eye (pineal gland) through gently massaging your forehead with the mini-chakra (or energy center) in the palm of your hand. After relaxing a bit, and resting your outstretched arm on an arm rest or table top, you will likely soon see your own aura.
