I was a bet skeptical about auras and other spiritual abilities. Then I remembered being the age 3-5 I would constantly see auras, so bright that I would constantly blink hard to try and get rid of all the colors bouncing off of objects and the walls..and of course the aura of people. I started meditating for multiple reasons, and naturally I am beginning to see them again. I thought my eyes were going bad from being on my laptop all day hahaha. Even my mother brought up my constant blinking as a kid and how I would tell her about all the colors I saw. Becoming more spiritual...never knew it would make me feel like a kid again lol. It is a comforting feeling...and a familiar one.

if you are empty of yourself, you become the universe and everything opens up to you... but if there is a lot of you, and your conditioning still there, stare away all you want, you will only perceive what you are tuned to perceive, but never what is. The world has put glasses on you, work first to remove those glasses and become a free and happy being, then you wouldn't want to learn to see anything, because those are all already in you.

A different way of explaining how to see them is by looking at someone, blurring your eyes so that BOTH the back ground and the person are blurry. Then, look at their forehead and you can see the aura after a while. There will be a ring of white and then right off of that will be the color hopefully. Hope this helps!

I managed to do it super fast! I saw the transparent around my fingers. Focused on that and let my eyes focus. In the transition point i had resistance until i could see everything in colours. My hand was shifting auras and colors so fast. I could see the door aura, the paper bag aura. This was amazing. I feel like there is a lot of physical resistance to not see it. I felt my eyes trying to come back to what they were use too quite a lot. And as teal mentions it does feels like you are tuning into a radio station.

Someone told me that my order was dark and had holes in it, I was hanging out with my best friend so I thought, but she turned out to be a back stabber and wild and crazy and doing drugs. I didn’t know this. Then we had a psychic come in and look at both of us and she took me a side, and said, do not hang out with this girl she’s going to get you in trouble or killed you’re around her too much. I said that’s my best friend. She says I don’t care you need to get away from her. Several months later she wound up getting in a motorcycle accident and knock it out all her teeth and getting severe burns on her hands and body and almost broke her neck and back. I wanted to go for a ride with her prior to this and now I am so glad I did not.😪

I realized I use to see the teacher's aura's in school all the time. I use to just think it was my poor eyesight because I wore glasses. I get a lot of physical sensations when I approach people, fuzzy, static, etc. Each person has a unique energy signature to me. And I've noticed when I hug people with my eye closed I see a bright flash of color. Most people show up the same each time. I will notice slight difference with my husband. When he is in "the mood" he always flashes red, haha. Root chakra power!

Aww, I miss this intro music, there was a time where I’d be watching teals videos in tears and drowned with fear and sadness and this music was so calming to me and I just felt like home when I heard it, I’m in a better place now but coming back to those videos is very nostalgic to me, thank you teal for giving me a space of comfort and safety when I needed it most, thank you from the bottom of my heart I still wait every Saturday for your videos
