This acoustic version of Sugar & Ice comprises of vocals and piano only. For a long time, I've really wanted to take some of my heavily electronic sounding songs and strip them back to their simplest forms. While it started out as a bit of experimentation, I liked the sound so much I decided to make an EP. I started out back in 2009 with just a piano and vocals, so it was quite nostalgic and freeing to go back to this format.

For this version of Sugar & Ice, I have kept the lyrics gender neutral and inclusive compared to the original.
