I am simply speechless. This is the biggest challenge for every pianist. Who wouldn't want to be able to write their own Sonata? the first, second and third movement !!! Never in my life have I seen someone turn a story into a magical, epic and dramatic piece so beautifully. And especially your explanations at every turn of the story were very interesting. With which chords and notes can you express your feelings. More than just saying minor is sad and major is happy. I have received a wonderful lesson in harmony in this half hour. Definitely worth repeating. This is very similar to the lesson: how to write a sonata !!!! 🥰👻💝❤🔥💥👌

what a cool idea! It's amazing what you can do all at the same time Lionel, wow!...Personally, I especially enjoyed the last story. You "disappeared" in the story so quickly and implemented it in such a theatrical, exciting and funny way that it was great fun listening to you.

How the hell do you compose on-the -spot, read and absorb the story you're working on AND talk about it... all at the same time?? Multi-tasker extraordinaire you are, Lionel... This was an engrossing insight into the creative process... and yes, I have watched your other 1 minute/10 minutes/1 hour/10 hours challenge pieces. Loved your ending to the 2nd one 22:02. 'Lionel's singing...' 28:21 I think you need to redefine this word! That last one was something you could really get your teeth stuck into... Probably liked it the most, though the 1st one was delightful. How strange that I went to a performance of Vivaldi's 'Four Seasons' only last night! You clearly had a lotta fun with this challenge!
