I walked barefoot a lot as a child, and certainly felt a lot younger than now 60 years later. So, grounding definitely works.

Grounding its not a magical pill, but it stabilizes the body. It definitely stabilizes cells function and neurological feedback.

I am fortunate enough to live in a warm climate and often go barefoot...didn't realize it might have so many benefits.

i was pro basketball player and when i was 25 i had a year where i was jumping so high, dunking like crazy and then it went away and i was like what a hell, i did everything ssme my training food etc, i was like what a hell happened why i cant jump so high suddenly without any obvious change in anything i did, then much later, i realised at that time i slept on floor with no bed, cause i was living in hot climate place and any soft bed just ment sweating and i hated air conditioning so sleeping stright on stone floor was nice, and now at age of 37 i started consciously ground myself as much as possible and my jump is coming back! i can fly again, i dont even feel age

Well this should be interesting. I've had a bad back for decades since High School then I started planting a garden and hate compacting the soil so I started going barefoot. First it felt good, my back got better and overall loved it. Now retired I go bare foot all summer like when I was a kid because we couldn't wear our good shoes.

I'n Australian. We do not understand the American obsession with shoes. Most people here just pick the most comfortable shoes we can find for the lowest price. I make multiple 6 figures a year and wear $60 shoes. It's so weird seeing Americans that are basically broke, spending $300 on shoes

A German psychiatrist has done ECG on people before and after a walk in forest. The benefits are measurable. I do not know if a type of shoe was recommended. Personally, I have problems with some type of soles.
