I had wry neck i was using a shakey machine to tone up... later that night my neck fell on to my shoulder and i had a massive swelling sticking out of my neck...it was sheer agony for weeks couldnt move it an inch... so glad its a lot better now.

I’m kind of worried. My head can turn enough to be in an upright position and when it is my neck doesn’t move at all and is curved to the opposite side, while my head is upright.

Don’t know how that first suggestion would work because I was in a motorcycle accident in July last year and ended up with a form of hemiparesis onthe left and my Torticollis leans my head to the right and I have a sort of downward facing posturei . I think if I could lift my left shoulder to my ear it could help correct it

I’m stuck straight but more pain on the left all the way to shoulders and upper back. It’s like an awful spasm and the lightest movement takes my breath away. I woke up yesterday with so much pain but it got worse and this morning I can’t move at all

I have it so bad that I can barely move my head at all, in either direction. Painkillers and muscle relaxers help, but I can't take them in the daytime unless I plan to not go out anywhere, because they make me lightheaded. It hurts if I even touch the skin. The pain has spread to the front of my neck, so swallowing is painful too. So these movements are really difficult for me, and don't seem to be helping at all. I can't find ANY relief. As soon as I get some money, I'm going to see about going to a chiropractor. Maybe they can help.
