Sadie Adler is genuinely a tragic character, from having a happy peaceful life to being caught up in gangs and petty revenge just to survive. She pretty strongly mirrors a reverse version of Arthur/Hosea to me (caught up in crime from the beginning, took a break and lived in peace, only to loose their loved ones). I feel like in terms of how the RDR2 fanbase views her, it's unfortunately pretty polarizing. She deserves more tbh. This cover suits her perfectly and is done super well, thank you so much for doing her justice!

Sadie is my favorite character. I was suprised how her character turned into damsel in distress losing her husband to a deadly gunslinger determined to wipe out the o'driscols so she could avenge her dead husband. Saddie is such a powerful character due to her will to move forward and fight back to avenge her dead husband gives me chill.

Red Dead is a series that carries a very big message; Revenge is never worth it. All who seek revenge are punished, Arthur knew it well, but Dutch sought revenge and it ruined him, John sought it on Micah and it got him killed, and eventually, his son, too, gets tainted by revenge. Sadie is a good example of a lot of the MC energy- for seeking revenge, they aren't bad people, she is a character people can love, but she seeks revenge all the same, and will likely end up in a very dark place because of it. If we ever see more of Jack's story, I would like to see what becomes of her through him, who also sought revenge.

Hang on. Me and the Devil was originally written and recorded by Robert Johnson in the 1920... Soap&Skin must have covered it as many other artists have in the almost century since it was written.

She killed everyone who had ever wronged her, she wiped out entire branches of the gang that ruined her life. She took on the government and the army and unlike everyone but Charles - she got away and lived a wild and free life on her own accord. She ensured no other woman would have to suffer what she did during those dark days at the cabin. She was the only real hero of the gang, that survived anyway.
