Wow, I just discovered this song tonight and I’ve almost never had such an immense reaction to a song on my very first listen. The depth and power to the lyrics of this song are absolutely amazing. The contrast between the optimism you want to feel for being broken and struggling but you’re becoming stronger because of it and feeling like you’re failing to be the person you can be because of the very same events is just captured so well. Antidote was my introduction to Faith and I liked the song, but after that I just sort of forgot about her. I don’t think I will this time.
