In all of my 10 years working in the customer service industry, I to this day still remember that one customer who came onto my call, and this was me being suicidal already during that shift, and had a line up of rude customers. It was almost my lunch break and I had every intention to go to the rooftop of the building. My last caller before the lunch break asked me after we got her issue resolved if she can pray for me cause she feels that I needed it (even though I sounded just fine). I cried so hard. We both cried so hard and I truly felt like I had the Holy Spirit draw close to me. (Sadly I got lost in the world again just a year afterwards. But God has called me back again and I finally got baptized and surrendered my life to Him.)
