This is a hot take. I don't qualify scrambled, unscrambled eggs as an "omelet." I need things IN the eggs for it to be an omelet (cheese, bacon, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.).
Another hot take: eggs are better with a touch of water rather than a touch of milk.
