I have this but for my mother. She had breast cancer in 2018 and she's a smoker. So I always check for signs and symptoms, obsessevly. I spen hours reading on Google, scientific paper and Reddit... It's so tiring. I can't even go on with my daily chores.

I have a family history of diabetes and blood pressure and both of my parents died of a heart attack which makes my relationship with food complicated. I keep questioning my health despite working out with Peloton and eating well.

i suffer with bad ocd,anxiety,social anxiety and health anxiety and i was worried because about 3 weeks ago it finally caught up with me a my heart was beating out of my chest and can still at times i get palpitations and skips beats .i have been to the hospital but i still get into a panic whenever i experience pain and its horrible
