๐ I also went on the same day and discovered the same issue: I found the air was bad in both my city and Seoul. As an obvious foreigner, I mainly wore the mask to avoid any potential issues ~ and my better half is still concerned. I'm really tired of this whole thing. My guess is many are wearing masks to keep others happy. (I've been king hit by a crazy guy in Seoul, before, so I try to be cautious.)
We actually went up to Namsan Tower and the view was pretty obscured by the dust: Still visible but it really didn't look great.
I actually thought everyone was supposed to be two meters apart, but never saw that observed here. Maybe there was 60 cm done at times. good thing nothing was spreading, then, or... Anyway, wishing all health!!

during indoor activity including public transportations. Mmmm But from the start day, it's severe with slight dust so you had to wear mask again.
