Question you know how here.in canada our beaches are lakes and the water are not salty so im wondering are the beaches in Japan salty?

I havenโt been to a beach since 2019. ๐ญ Dir some barbecuing with folks on Sarushima, off the coast of Yokosuka. The top of the island has an almost 360 degree view of the bay. Even with the summer haze, you could see all the way over to Minato Mirai in Yokohama.

I love that beach, went in 2019 in October and it was still warmโฆthe water is so refreshingโฆalso lots of little cafes where to eat.

Was recently at Sandbanks national park (Ontario represent!) and the wind was so strong that people were doing long jumps into the air while kite surfing. Waves looked very similar.

Beach trips are sometimes the best! We go to the beaches here is South Carolina and where we like to go there is this little outside bar that we go to that has some amazing different mixed drinks! And the locals are all hanging out and someone is always playing music. I love it. I hope you enjoy your beach day!

Aww man, I was there in 2008. :D Met an old gentleman there who was already 80+. We talked a little (my Japanese was very rudimentary, but we made it work), and then he went surfing. XD He was really awesome!

I went there and a hawk stole an onigiri right from my hand! i looked up and there were 15 hawks flying around and waiting for the next naive human. i was shocked, but later saw the warning signs :D
