Getting a job without an interview sounds impossible, right? Well, sometimes all it takes is confidence and a solid plan! 💪

Faisal shared with us the story of his journey "When I went for my first real job at a German HVAC manufacturer called Trucks, there was no formal interview. Instead, I walked in, sat down with the managing director, and said, "You need to hire me." 😅 I came prepared with a presentation, showing exactly how I could take the company from where it was to where it needed to be. And guess what? It worked! 🎯

From there, I developed communication strategies, built up the brand, and created clean air initiatives. Our hard work paid off, and we ended up winning 17-18 awards for communication and marketing, in collaboration with the American University of Dubai. 🏆 "
