Also do people not get what happens after you take the abortion pill? There’s no way those women could just sit in the convention the next day.

A vasectomy is a simple in and out procedure. If someone doesn't have a problem getting it done in a van, why not do it then? I'm sure they are doing it there because the cost is much lower than going to a Urologist. As for the abortion pill, it is a 2 step process. They will give her the first one in the van and the second one to take home. I don't see the big deal, grown people can do as they wish.
