This little video has already changed everything. Been dealing with sciatica, presumably from a slipped disc, for over two years. I’m twenty two. No insurance. Never can afford going to the doctor out of pocket. Just have to live with it. Flares at least once a week that make me effectively immobile. Woke up at 5am this morning for a flight and couldn’t even get out of the bed. Inched my way to the edge of the bed over an hour’s time, grabbed my phone and found this video. Managed to stand and follow along. Boom. Gone! Not 100%, but enough for me to make it to the airport. God bless you!!

31 years young here went to the chiropractor for the first yesterday because of lower back pain and the dr immediately told me my right hip was rotated. I constantly fall as one leg buckles and the doctors can't find what it is, I had 3 mris and seen by several specialist for years. I been massaging my sciatia nerve and found this video that feels really good when doing this exercise. Is this exercise also stretching the sciatia nerve?

I didn’t realize how much lower my right hip was compared to my left until this video! I’m definitely going to using this to hopefully improve the stability and start getting rid of body pain. I LOVE your videos!!🤍

Ty so much it gave me a lot of relief 2 weeks so far for the stretches I hold each 1 for 2 min and strengthening exercises 5 sets each side 10 to 12 reps I also do the other exercises from the main video and some other exercises with same number of sets and reps
