John Gibbons is a registered Osteopath, Lecturer and Author and is discussing how to assess (and then subsequently manipulate) the spinal motion of the lower thoracic spine. Some of these techniques can be taught but only to skilled therapists and manipulations plus more is taught on the Spinal course at Core Elements in swindon. The technique demonstrated is called a thoracic thrust or an AP thrust.
