According to Stack Overflow. 80% of coders are not happy in their jobs. What a surprise. I thought we had the best jobs in the world. The reason for this seems to be mainly accumulation of tech debt as a result of shortcuts to meet company objectives. What can we do about it? We need to find a way of stop doing shortcuts, have quality be a part of our process and never offer a shortcut as an option.
