Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental health condition characterized by an inflated sense of self-importance, a need for admiration, and a lack of empathy for others. And here I discuss my own personal experience living with narcissistic personality disorder. Including the symptoms and behaviors associated with this disorder, as well as how it has affected my life. I also share some of my coping strategies and how I have been able to manage the disorder, along with helping you understanding your loved ones and their behaviors that may seem almost incomprehensible and potentially hurtful. Jacob, obviously there are people more f'ed up than Narcissists. I've had 3 Narcissists in my life. They have definitely helped me hone my reading body language, etc, skills. You definitely are the real deal, and i highly appreciate you sharing with us. Hopefully, we all grow from your sharing.

My question is, how did you come to seek help? I seem to be a magnet for them but I have DID with narcissistic traits as well, but my self-awareness came from being abused by a narc. I’m sure I’ll find it in here. Thank you for this content! It’s very validating!

People will say you’re faking it. Which is ironic. But then they’ll say anyone who’s difficult to deal with or low on agreeableness is a real narcissist. And of course they’re gonna hate even if you spread awareness cuz they have this bogus concept in their head. What many don’t know is people with NPD do have a degree of suffering. A lot of times Actual diagnosed NPD comes from low self esteem or someone not having their basic needs met so they need to try and find those needs externally. Which often manifests as seeking power, money, etc.

We are elated when someone believes in DID. Not that we go around shouting it from rooftops, but our bar, like yours, needs to be exceptionally low. We are sorry to watch this video because we know how frustrating that denial and regection can be. Stay strong.
