I mean... Its coreographed... like a set dance routine. but very cool light sabers, editing! would love to see more "battles" like this. They really missed the mark on making Jedi time period movies by selling to Disney, but thats another tear, another bucket...

I think the one on the bottom is a worthy try by fans, but the fight from the movie is more menacing because two times when Ewan ducks, Ray pits his blade very close to Ewan's head. Whereas the two times the "fan" Ewan" ducks, the "fan" Maul goes nowhere near the fake Ewan's head. I think that's the difference between a dance and acting like two people are literally trying to kill each other. The bottom example just isn't as threatening. With Ewan and Ray, they pushed it so far that if Ewan didn't time his ducking correctly, he'd get a prop tube in his face.
