Fun fact: The Pinkerton Detective Agency in 2019 still existed, and sued Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive over the negative connotations that are given to the agency. In a game. About the Wild West. Where you play as an outlaw. In a gang of outlaws. Take-Two countersued on grounds of fair use. They have reached a settlement shortly after. They are also still in active today.
