Tapi kenyataan nya di lapangan mayoritas atau hampir semua pejabat negara (baik eksekutif, legislatif bahkan yudikatif) itu bekerja bukan untuk kepentingan rakyat tp untuk kepentingan mereka dan golongan mereka sendiri (biar mereka tambah kaya dan golongan nya berkuasa terus)..
