Nursed for 45+ years and argued from the beginning that having a HIGH HDL was the key. Not to mention your “B” vitamins especially “B 1” .
Balance in your diet. The same with salt.
Salt wasn’t the issue, it was when they removed the MINERALS and bleached it .
Nutrition was a big part of nursing but today like the Doctors are NOT taught the effects of our food on the physiology and structure of the body.
In the old days you did the patient’s diet sheet. Foods were selected based on your condition.
It would depend on what you had done as to what you were allowed to eat.
Today they give them a full ward diet straight after surgery.
The liver is dealing with repair work and cleanup so clear BONE BROTH soup would be selected especially with abdominal surgical patients
Most illnesses come from deficiencies and left unchecked lead to bigger problems.
Minerals
Vitamins
Proteins
Good fats
In that order each helps the other.
The thing I most noticed was the “B” vitamins would be the first to go and were key to maintaining normal body function, especially the protein uptake.
Alcoholic’s loose the ability to absorb their “B”’s
These effect your proteins for building and replacing structure.
The gut is crucial for maintaining health you only have to see structurally how much protection from the immune system is centred around the small intestine.
Today they rely on machines to much and don’t use their eyes 👀 to observe.
Each system has been treated independently from the other.
Not taking into account the body is a whole, 1 system effects another.
It’s not the nurses or Doctors fault but the HEADS of these institutions.
They have been dumbing down the whole medical industry and causing them to be Tunnel viewed.
You cannot reason today with most Doctors or nurses as they have been brainwashed.
If you try and explain things they don’t listen.
I’ve been against vaccines 💉 for years never saw ANY benefit, only saw a further mutation of what we had been previously dealing with but a smaller and more virulent version.
eg: Hepatitis “A”
Vaccine 💉 made then we have a BLOOD level version.
HEPATITIS “B”
We use animals to extract antibodies- antigens and wonder why we have Animals diseases in our bodies!!!!
( 🧬 DNA) we are crossing the species barrier.
I could see them producing a vaccine 💉 and possibly be delivered via a mandatory FLU shot causing a BLEEDING 🩸 OR CLOTTING DISORDER.
Medications is another big pet hate of mine.
These synthetic drugs , how are they digested out of the body!!
What effects do they have on the liver and kidneys long term!!
How long does it stay in the system!!
When the body- liver cannot deal with by product it stores them in fat cells.
What we don’t pay a lot of attention to is the
SIDE EFFECTS of these drugs. We don’t pay enough attention to BLOOD 🩸 WORK done and question our use of these medications.
It all goes back to Diet and the Stress levels of the individual.
NOT ENOUGH HISTORY collected on the person.
The Medical profession don’t like staff who question their use of meds and vaccines 💉 you are branded a trouble maker and they will get rid

Cholesterol isn’t the enemy. What you need to check in your blood work is inflammation markers and insulin resistance. If those are out of wack then you can calcify your cholesterol. Stop eating processed foods. Meat, fruit and vegetables is what you need to live off of. And yes you can eat all the red meat and butter you want as your diet has no processed foods. Oh and do something that makes you break a sweat every week. There I gave you the secret to longevity.

I just literally had my LDL cholera tested yesterday, it's 116 which they say is high, I noticed throughout the years it has been lowering so I try to follow their instructions they're telling me to eat less saturated fatty foods. I told my doctor I've been eating eggs every morning since this past may he said well your cholesterol is probably going to be high. But I've actually lost a few pounds call me crazy but I think it has to do with eating the eggs I don't know.
