Anxiety has a sneaky way of making every thought feel urgent, important, and impossible to ignore. But most of the time, these thoughts are just mental noise, not real emergencies. Whether you’re struggling with health anxiety, general anxiety, or intrusive thoughts, learning to spot this trick can help you calm your mind, regulate your nervous system, and live in the present moment without fear.

I too overthink all of the things I feel and whether I am doing things right with this mind body issue. I want the symptoms to go but lately I just allow them. This is a good reminder to not try to attach a sticky note to everything I feel or think. ❤

I have to know "why" everything. Why do I have this symptom, why did this happen to me? Why do I have okay days, and then miserable days? Why do I dream like this? Why do I have to suffer?

For me I never know how the next day is going to be, as soon as I wake up and open my eyes, I know where my day is heading, or maybe it could last a week, there is no consistency to this crazy train we are riding 😅

I didnt understand what kind of experience you are referring to? Because when i got attached to my boyfriend and I experienced anxiety and ocd i didnt breakup with him just because of anxiety! And i kept questioning myself. And today we are married and I am still anxious but i am not giving up into these thoughts!
