Dont let a bad customer service gig turn you bitter; it will if you let it. The angle is finding a CS position under a business where you feel like people are benefiting from you being there.
Ive been a tutor, aircraft parts painter, and CS rep with Publix, Walmart, Advance Auto, 5-Star pizza, and a sprinkling of others.
The best service job I worked was at a local Korean restaurant owned by an immigrant family tryna pay their kid through uni.
Being the English speaker bridge between owners & customers eased their processes, and being treated valuably for that while simultaneously learning about a new culture overshadowed any bad customers everyday.
