You’ve opened my eyes to a whole new world for chocolate chips, I only use chocolate chips to bake, but that looks so good !!!!! Melt the chocolate for about 2 minutes in the microwave, scoop a few scoops of vanilla (preferably cashew) vegan ice cream into the bowl. Mix the chocolate in. As it hardens, it’s like vegan Magic Shell ice cream!!!
