mughlai chicken recipe, mughlai chicken curry, mughlai chicken handi, mughlai chicken ki recipe



1 kg chicken marinate with 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp pepper powder , 1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder 

1 tbsp chilli powder 

1 tsp zeera powder 

Add 3 sliced green chillies

coriander leaves along with tender stem

 250 ml of whisked yoghurt

1 tbsp each of gg paste 

2 tbsp of oil

Marinate for at least an hour



1 ladle oil

1 tbsp of ghee

2 bay leaves

1 piece cinnamon 

3-4 cloves

1/2 kg onion finely chopped 

Add marinated chicken and saute of 3-4 min then add

Then add paste of 4 tomatoes 

Saute till oil separate

Add 1- 2 glasses of water  depending on how much gravy you need

Add  paste of 20  cashews

Mix well


Cook till done

Then add 1 tsp garam masala powder and 1.5 tbsp of kasoori methi

Simmer

Garnish with coriander leaves
