Worked in a Freezer Warehouse. Walked about 6-8 miles a day and my testosterone went sky high! My lady isn't disappointed. Helped my sleep as well.

This is one of the best of the most recent podcasts. Peter Attia dropped so many useful gems in the podcast. My favorite part about him is that he is comfortable saying "I don't know". I am really looking forward to the study on sunscreen. Please have him back for that!!!!!

I don't do it, but I've seen a few 70yo + males get their testosterone levels in to the 750-800 range on the Carnivore diet. No TRT. Just diet, some resistance training, and maybe a tiny bit of cardio.

I learned that if you missed your sleep by consuming too late, you can counter it in the morning by doing yoga, followed by tabata followed by eating a hearty breakfast. Take a quick nap if you have to
