Ingredients - for marination
1.oil -1+ 2.5 tbs
2.shallots- 3
3.garlic-4 cloves
4.Chilli powder - 3/4 tbs
5.turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
6.pepper powder -1/2 tsp
7.fennel powder -1tsp
8.salt -1.25 tsp.
9.water -3 tbs
10.any fish of your choice
Method-
crush garlic and shallots , add all masalas to this ,mix well
add extra oil and water to make it as as a paste
coat the fish with this masala mix
wait for 20 minutes
now heat the pan, add enough oil and the fry fish pieces
