I love the brown noise on a plane. I normally use it to sleep for I’m restless whenever I sleep. Ur hearing this from a teen btw. I sub to u so I know how to get through every day life. Thanks.

About a month ago, a friend asked if I had ADHD. I don’t know? I found you here and after watching a few videos, realized I have every single one of the symptoms associated with it. i actually have a white noise machine called snooz from amazon. i bought it to drown out my neighbors and before i was diagnosed w adhd as an adult. now it makes sense why i like it even when my neighbors aren’t noisy…. i need it all day every day

Brown Noise changed my life When I first heard it on youtube I thought "Wow, it's like the sounds of being on an airplane." It's the most calming sound. Thanks for sharing!
